Nextgen / Emerging Designers: The stage is set for Startup labels that have just started their business Less than 2yrs and also for those who are determined to create a stable their labels/brands to showcase their collections and get closer to their dreams and the world of fashion and design.

Budding Designers – Designer Labels: Fashion designers who have sustained in the business for last 5 years would come under Budding Designers. The initiative is to provide a connects to budding designers, fashion entrepreneurs to the global purchasing power of international men´s and women´s apparel, accessories and footwear retailers worldwide. CRW delivers unique brand-building and international expansion advantages

The procedure of selection for showcasing at CRW makes sure that the highest standard of Indian Fashion is maintained. We ensure that the best and most innovative & enthusiastic talent are showcased at this fashion event. Below are the guidelines that you will have to follow as a designer at CRW.

Note : There shall be no refunds if the show is happening and the designer withdraw participation

1. REGISTER:You can register with us and submit your particulars online on the website couturerunwayweek.com  or email us at crwfashionshow@gmail.com. 
2. (picture) of your latest or previous collection along with estimate for any  two garments making it convenient for the Selection team comprehend and analyse the marketability of your merchandise
3. One Govt ID proof
4. Proof of your Educational Qualification
5. Filled up Form (given as PDF )

Selection will be on design uniqueness, styling, and use of New Techniques to enhance the garments.

1. Uploading your instagram Handle /Look book / pdf for collection

Designer aspirants who wish to apply for CRW 2024 be required to fill the online registration form at www.couturerunwayweek.com or email us their instagram Handle /Look book / pdf for collection at crwfashionshow@gmail.com

Please note we would not require the physical sample unless demanded by jury for analysis.

2. Screening lookbook > personal interview > final selection

Once candidate completes the first step and submits the Application form and the same shall be evaluated and the ones approved will be informed by email/phone.

Once the participating designer has been selected they may be called for Personal /Telephonic / Video Interview (if required) for which our associate shall inform well in time.

Once all the above is completed the aspirant has to deposit 50% of the fee within 7 days of the date of Selection. If the deadline is not met by the applicant, it might result in cancellation of the selected candidate and the showcasing slot will be offered to the waiting applicant.

Novelty in Creativity:  The Judges panel looks into the originality and distinctiveness in the idea / perception / essentials of the collection to be showcased at CRW and the intended design values of the label

Quality of Work:  The panel looks into what is the quality of the couture, each feature and finishing of the garments is looked keenly into.

Core design Principle: The Judges panel looks into if in the collection the designer has maintained Equilibrium in colors, Patterns, embellishments used and prints or embroideries.

Eloquence of idea: The Judges focus on intelligibility used in the designs, accepted wisdom of the label, basis of theme for the collection.
